Rules and Regulations
The event is a solo rap competition. Participants can perform original rap compositions or freestyle. Performances can be in any language. Participants are allowed to use backing tracks which they must bring themselves on a pen drive or other compatible format. The organizers will provide basic sound equipment. A list of tracks with artist and song name should be submitted to the organizers prior to the event. Acapella performance (without backing tracks) is also permitted. Participants must refrain from vulgarity, obscenity, hate speech, or defamation of any kind in their lyrics or performance. Any such act will result in immediate disqualification. Political innuendo or topics should be avoided. Respectful and constructive social commentary is acceptable, but overtly political or divisive content is discouraged. The judge’s decision is final and absolute. Criteria will include lyrical content (originality, flow, wordplay), delivery (clarity, rhythm, stage presence), and overall performance. The registration is based on First Come First Serve. Maximum performance time per participant is 3 minutes. Participants are responsible for providing their own backing tracks in the required format.Event Incharge
