Rules and Regulations
The event is a band competition. Bands must consist of a minimum of 3 members. Bands can perform songs in any language. Bands can choose any genre of music (e.g., rock, pop, metal, blues, fusion, etc.). Bands must bring their own instruments (except drums) and any necessary equipment. A detailed tech rider specifying power requirements and input/output needs should be submitted to the organizers prior to the event. The use of pre-recorded backing tracks or karaoke is not permitted. All music must be performed live. Bands must refrain from vulgarity or obscenity of any kind in their song choice or performance. Any such act will result in immediate disqualification. Any sort of political innuendo or topics must be avoided. The judge’s decision is final and absolute. The registration is based on First Come First Serve. Maximum performance time per band is 7 minutes and 3 minutes for sound check. A penalty will be applied for exceeding the time limit. Bands are responsible for setting up and tearing down their equipment within the allotted time. Each band must submit their band name and the list of band members during their registration.Event Incharge
