Rules and Regulations
The competition follows standard FIDE Chess Rules with additional physical activity challenges.Each match is played with a 15-minute time control per player.Players must perform a physical activity every 1 minute and 30 seconds, assigned by the organizer.Players use chess clocks with 15 minutes per player.After every 1 minute and 30 seconds, the organizer announces a physical activity (e.g., jumping jacks, push-ups, squats).The player must complete the activity before resuming their move, and until the task is completed, the clock will continue running.Players must make their moves within their time control.Standard touch-move rules apply: if a player touches a piece, they must move it if a legal move exists.Illegal moves result in a time penalty of 1 minute and must be corrected.The player who checkmates the opponent wins.If a player’s clock reaches 0:00, they lose the game.A player can resign if they believe they cannot win.Draws follow standard chess rules (threefold repetition, insufficient material, 50-move rule, etc.).Failing to complete a physical activity on time results in a 1-minute deduction from the player’s clock.If a player refuses to do a physical challenge three times, they will be disqualified.Any form of external assistance (coaching, mobile use) leads to immediate disqualification.Event Incharge
