Rules and Regulations
This is a team event with two participants per team—a makeup artist (male or female) and a female model.Round 1: Each team will have 60 minutes to create their own makeup and hairstyle look.Round 2: Finalists will have 90 minutes to recreate an iconic actress's look.Mobile phones, reference images (except the provided display image in Round 2), or external help are strictly prohibited.Participants must bring their own cosmetics and tools, including makeup products, brushes, sponges, hairstyling equipment (such as combs, hairdryers, and styling sprays), and any other necessary items.Teams must arrive on time; late entries will be disqualifiedJudging will be based on creativity, neatness, and overall presentation in Round 1, while Round 2 will be judged on the accuracy and skill in recreating the iconic actress’s look.Participants are expected to maintain respect and sportsmanship throughout the event.
